  • Each one of our items is hand pressed or stitched and packaged with you in mind. 

    1. Our Bad, Your Good: If we goofed up (hey, we’re human), and your gear has a defect or misprint that’s totally on us, hit us up within three business days of delivery at info@saviorbrand.com.

    2. Swap It Right: We’ll make things right by sending you the correct item. No back-and-forth dance—

    3. Keep It Fresh: Return the gear unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. 

    4. We don't refund original shipping fees, sorry but our mix tapes don't mix for free.

 

  • Processing & Shipping

    1. Dispatch Time: We’ll ship your order within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    2. Delivery Estimate: The actual delivery time depends on the shipping service you chose and the postal system. Keep an eye on that tracking number.

    3. Address Check: Before you hit that “Order” button, make sure your shipping address is spot-on. We don’t want your swag doing a surprise tour of the neighborhood.

    4. Out of Our Hands: Once your product leaves our warehouse, it’s riding the shipping currents. We’ve done our part—now it’s up to the delivery dudes.
